Tortillas
Azteca® manufactures both die cut (often referred to as hand stretched) and pressed flour tortillas. Both are made from the highest-quality ingredients and both have specific uses.

Azteca® Corn Tortillas are made from authentic stone-ground corn to provide a consistent high-quality product.

Corn Tortillas: Enchiladas, tortilla chips (fried or baked), tostadas, hard tacos, fried soft tacos, flautas, chilaquiles and quesadillas.

Die Cut Flour Tortillas: Burritos, wraps, soft tacos, fajitas, appetizers, quesadillas, chimichangas and fried salad shells.

Pressed Flour Tortillas: “Table-top" tortilla, wraps, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, soft tacos.

Salad Shells
Serve crispy, great-tasting tortilla salad shells without frying with Azteca® Bake & Fill Salad Shells. They're for all operators, high volume or low, who don't want to dedicate the time and labor to deep-fat fryer preparation.

Preparation is easy. Specially formulated flour tortillas can be freshly baked to a crispy, flaky finish in our unique fluted baking pan. Make as many as you want of the size you select – all in minutes.

Chips
Azteca® white and yellow corn tortilla chips are made from authentic stone-ground corn. The chips are fried golden crisp in our state-of-the-art fryer and then salted to perfection.

Serving Suggestions: Azteca® tortilla chips are great for nachos, dipping or just for snacking.
